Services Offered

We provide a fast, high quality and comprehensive service for cylinder head refurbishment and engine re-boring. We cater for most sizes in aluminium, cast iron and diesel pre-combustion combination materials.

Our specialist equipment including a Teijo degreaser and decarboniser ensures that parts are thoroughly cleaned and descaled before work commences and returned to you in tip-top condition.

We undertake complete cylinder head refurbishments including pressure testing in our DELTA machine up to 50 p.s.i., fly-cutting and surface grinding to a high quality finish. Valves are ground and lapped to provide a perfect seat and valve seats are cut with up to 3 angles as required and vacuum tested. Alternatively we can provide a head skimming service or other component work if you prefer to do the bulk of the work yourself.

We undertake engine block reboring and crank shaft regrinding for most sizes and can provide a kit of parts for you to reassemble. We also undertake valve seat and guide installation for unleaded fuel conversions.
